To delete you account, and it's associated data. Go to Account Settings, scroll and click Delete Account. Once verifying your email, your account will be deleted and all data will be removed.

To request a refund, please open a support ticket with the "Refund" reason and provide your order ID. We may not be able to provide a refund under certain conditions. However we will always try our best to resolve any issues.

Linking your Tailwind.Help account to Discord grants you the Verified role, unlocking full access to our support server. Follow these steps to get set up: 1. Generate your Link Code First, join our Discord Server, then log in to your account at Tailwind.Help and follow the steps for your device: On Mobile: Tap Settings at the top of the screen, stay on the Account tab, and scroll down to find the Link button. On Desktop: Click your User Profile/Dropdown in the top-right corner, select Manage Account, and scroll down to the Link button. 2. Verify on Discord Once you click "Link," you will receive a 6-digit code (valid for 5 minutes). Open our Discord server. Type /link [YOUR CODE] in any active channel. Your account will sync, and the Verified role will be applied automatically! Note: If you run into any trouble during the process, please reach out to us via the Support Page.

All purchased templates are available in your Account Dashboard under the "My Templates" section. If you can't find your template in the Account Dashboard, try visiting the templates page to see if you have the ability to download it there. If not please get in contact with us and we will resolve the issue.
