1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tailwind.Help ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tailwind.Help (TWH). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional environment for developers, we strictly prohibit the following content and behaviors:

• Inappropriate Content: You may not upload, post, or share any content (code, text, images, or links) that is:
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive.
  • Hate speech, harassing, or promotes violence/discrimination.
  • Defamatory, libelous, or violates the privacy of others.
• Malicious Code & Security: You are strictly prohibited from:
  • Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or any destructive code.
  • Uploading "hacks," exploits, or tools designed to bypass security.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
  • Reverse engineering or scraping our platform for commercial gain without authorization.
• Spam & Deception: No phishing, deceptive links, or promotional spam is permitted. Links must be relevant and safe for the community.

3. User Accounts & Bot Policy

Your account is personal to you. To ensure fair usage and security:

• No Bots: The use of automated scripts, bots, or "headless" browsers to interact with the platform, create accounts, or scrape data is strictly forbidden.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Suspension Evasion: If your account is suspended or terminated, you are prohibited from creating new accounts to evade the ban. Any such "sock-puppet" accounts will be permanently banned without warning.

4. License to Content

Our Service provides access to both official components and community-submitted snippets.

• Official Components: Granted under a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use. You may not redistribute these as a competing UI library.
• Community Submissions: By submitting code or content, you grant Tailwind.Help a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and share your content. You must own the rights to anything you post.

5. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these terms.
• Suspend or terminate user access for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms or malicious behavior.
• Cooperate with law enforcement regarding any illegal activities performed on the platform.

6. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Digital products and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access is granted, in accordance with UK consumer law for digital content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tailwind.Help provides the Service "as is." We are not responsible for the accuracy of community-submitted code or for any damages resulting from the use of code found on our platform. Always audit third-party code before use.
